Our minimum order is just 20 hats per design, making it easy for clubs, businesses and events of all sizes to create their own custom headwear.

Our in-house design team will create a range of concepts based on your branding, and we’ll make unlimited revisions until you’re completely happy
Yes.
All of our hats include premium embroidery as standard wherever possible. If a logo contains very fine detail that isn’t suitable for embroidery, we’ll recommend the best alternative to achieve the highest quality finish.
Our standard production time is approximately 4 weeks from payment and final design approval. We can produce faster, If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we’ll always do our best to accommodate it.
Absolutely.
Most of our hats are available in multiple sizes, including children’s and adult options depending on the style.
Yes.
You can split your order across different sizes to suit your club or team. We offer kids and adults sizes!
Yes.
We supply customers throughout the UK, Ireland and wider Europe. If you’re ordering from overseas, just let us know your delivery address and we’ll provide a quotation including shipping.
We don’t offer single custom samples, instead we opt to send out a sample hat for you to review before ordering should you need one.
Please note that some products have minimum production runs which may affect sample availability.

We keep your artwork on file, making it easy to place repeat orders whenever you need more stock. However, if you would like the same pricing as your original order the quantity will need to be the same!
We always aim to match your club or brand colours as closely as possible. If you have Pantone references, we’ll use these throughout production to achieve the most accurate result.
Yes.
Many customers order multiple designs or different colourways. Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll advise on the most cost-effective way to do it.
